El Nino is really trying to lull us to sleep; making it seem like there will be no winter this year in Michigan. It's currnetly 52 deg. in St. Clair Shores! Normally at this time of year it would be around 20 deg. with at least 8-10" of snow on the ground. I guess the people in the Denver area know that it's winter but it sure is hard to tell around here. The people Up North who depend on skiers, snowmobilers and ice fishermen to make a living have to be really hurting this season.
This Sunday we're welcoming 8 new members into the church! what a marvelous work God is doing here. It's a slooow, plodding process but I think that the ship is turning around. We have such a magnificent facility that I just can't believe that God wants it to just lie unused and unneeded. If you are a praying person and are reading this, won't you please pray for us?
